Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative software development team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development, with a proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve sophisticated software solutions for our edtech platform.
Lead and manage projects from conceptualization to deployment.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and UX designers.
Identify, troubleshoot, and address complex code issues.
Continually stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software development, with a strong command of Python and other relevant programming languages.
Proven experience leading and managing software development projects.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Familiarity with AI APIs and data analysis is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
